Nature's glory : Chittoor district is endowed with rich flora and fauna. It has a number of waterfall too with two perennial one being the most popular among them. Talakona is located in the picturesque Nagari Valley while

Kailasanathkona is the threshold of the Seven Hills. The water at the perennial fall sis said to contain minerals that have curative properties. Local transport is available to these place and APTDC run Punnami Hotels at both the place. About 2 km. from Tirupati is the waterfall and tank which are known as Kapila tiotham.

Horsley Hills : One of the best known hill resorts of Andhra Pradesh, the place has been named after a British Collector of Cuddapah who discovered the beauty of the area and made it his summer resort. The hill station 1265 metres above sea level, is situated 140 km from Triupati and almost the same distance from Bangalore .

Next to it is the famous Rishi Valley which houses a well known school. A large number of birds and small animals have made the area their home. The climate is cool and pleasant throughout the year.
